Ice effect paste from Pentart for creating a frosted look on glass, acrylic, or wood surfaces. Apply it to the decorated area to form the chosen pattern, then let it dry to a transparent finish with the effect clearly visible. It also works well with stencils for holiday and wedding decorations.
